Our CEO, Victor D’Amato has spent most of his child and early adulthood living alongside senior residents. Growing up in New York City, Victor’s step-father served as the Resident Manager for James Lenox House for over 35 years, an independent housing complex with quality supportive services for those age 55 and older. He began working directly with the residents while still in high school, working during the Summer when the staff took holiday breaks. It was at that time that Victor began to develop a greater appreciation for the caregiving community that arrived daily to work with the residents, providing supplemental support services.

Victor has spent the majority of his 25-year business career as a retail executive with several local chains, including Beall’s Stores Headquarters in Bradenton. Moving to Sarasota over 8 years ago, Victor lives with his wife and two children who continue the family tradition of growing up among seniors.
